Working closely with stakeholders to develop digestible business intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards. I help create a better experience for Gap associates and users when visualizing data from the distribution process.
KeyBank started with an initiative of developing an in-branch financial product and experience from the ground-up. This product had yet to be defined, and I was responsible in helping create the Minimum Viable Product (proof of concept) that would further place KeyBank within the high-volume, high-specialization market. The Small Business Wellness Review (SBWR) tool is currently being used within KeyBank branches to help intelligently guide conversation between Key and their small-business customers, as well as generate personalized product suggestions.
With the goal of creating an online financial product, I helped Huntington National Bank define desired features and functionality by uncovering customer priorities, how and where these priorities would be used, and by designing a new web-based concept. The product, called The Hub, is Huntington’s new digital banking experience, built to look out for you and your money. The Hub is free for all customers and is fueled by Huntington’s checking and credit card accounts.
Collaboratively assist 7Nine Partners and Creative Spot’s strategic and creative leadership with insight, strategy and creative execution for client programs across retail, CPG and B2B initiatives. Additionally, I’ve been exposed to learning various business functions and requirements of running and growing a branding and design firm including day to day operations, process and methodology framework, business development, partnership development, accounting and legal.
During this 5-month project, I worked directly with General Motors designers in Detroit, Michigan & Columbus, Ohio. I was responsible for the conceptual design and presentation of a GM-branded drone. The drone concepts presented served a unique and inventive functional purpose, and enhanced a customer’s experience. The drone was the centerpiece for a 360-degree interaction that also included a drone docking station, user interface, and example of functionality that complimented and enhanced customer lifestyles. The concepts incorporated technologies feasible within the next decade.
Creatively direct projects alongside various Art Directors and Graphic Designers to help with the day-to-day work including, but not limited to: catalog layout, ad concepting and execution for various retail and B2B clients, logo development, design of various marketing collateral, and the creation of client presentations.
I worked on a strategic 2-month development and branding project for the city of Columbus with branding agency, Ologie. During this time, we conducted creative workshops, interviews, and large stakeholder meetings, which lead to two fully-developed concepts for the branding and management of a new Columbus Deconstruction Collective. These concepts were presented to Mayor Coleman. Personal concept selected and implementations are currently taking place.
Participated in creative workshops/met with the Cardinal Health creative team twice a week for a month-long project. Constructed iconography for the company to use throughout their brand. Personal icon set selected by Cardinal Health to be expanded on by their in-house team.
